Hi everyone! Tifa and Eustace here.

Some of you already know that Eustace and I are getting married this winter but consider this our official announcement. And an invitation!

The wedding ceremony will be at the Corgi Tree at 2PM and will be closed to friends only. However, we will be holding the reception at 5PM along the Riverside and will be open to the public. Everyone is welcome to attend, even if just to grab a free meal. Directions are provided.

So, I've been wondering what kind of traditions you all have in your own worlds? I've never been to one before myself, so I'd love to hear about things you've all seen or done! Maybe even borrow a few to start out a few new Reverein traditions.

OOC NOTE: ALL characters are welcome to the reception regardless of whether or not they have CR with Tifa and/or Eustace! There will be a log will be going up on December 3 for this, so please look forward to it! Both Tifa and Eustace will be responding.

Hey, congratulations you two. That's pretty close! You must've been planning this for a while, huh?

Are the corgis gonna be groomsmen/bridesmaids?

A fair bit, I suppose. I'm not sure what the average times for wedding planning usually is...

And...it seems like some will be yes. My wolf will be on my side, and the rest will be participating in their own ways. One of the corgis will be the ringbearer, for example.

Well, in my world, weddings can take anywhere from a few months to a couple years to plan. Depends on how big of a wedding you want.

Sounds like it's going to be a full thing either way. If you need any help with anything, I could help out.

Sure, I don't mind going on dog duty if you need. Bet they'd be pretty excited with all the celebration going on, yeah?

How about you? You excited for the big day?

They would be, so it would be appreciated. I know Beat and Oriphi will help as well, but it never hurts to have more hands should something come up.

[Especially with how many there are. Even if Toge focused on one or two, that would be plenty.]

I'm not as...emotional when it comes to things like this. However I am still looking forward to it.

Ooh, I see. You're kind of like my underclassman back home, then. He's got a hard time showing emotion too sometimes.

Well, I don't doubt you're excited, though. Weddings are a big deal. And I can tell you and Tifa care a lot about each other, so I think you'll be alright. Barring anything drastic like, I dunno, a huge wardrobe malfunction or something.

If only that happened, then I think we'd be in good shape.

[Compared to what else could happen...but he's not going to speak of it and risk anything actually bad happening.]

Could you imagine though? Walking down the aisle, then whoops, your pants split. Now everyone's gonna see your tighty whiteys. The crowds are horrified. The poor puppies are scarred for life. Whatever will you do??

[It's said mostly in the hopes of making Eustace laugh. Will it make him laugh?]

I wish, but man I'd pay actual money to see it happen. Maybe not to you, but just in general.

The worst I ever did was when I tried on my classmate's skirt and got my ass kicked for it.

It's been in the works for a while, yeah. A few months at least.

[But since Eustace has already answered his question about the dogs, she giggles as she writes this next part.]

With the dogs being part of the wedding, I wonder if I can convince our cat to be, too.

Ah, well, that's a hard one. Cats are harder to train than dogs. They like to do their own thing, you know?

I do. Clover's still only a year old so she's very much a kitten who likes to do kitten things. Maybe I'll just bring her along and let her do what she wants. Which will probably be sitting up in a tree out of reach, looking over everyone or thinking anyone's dresses are toys.

Yep, cats gonna cat. I remember knowing a few stray cats back home that would behave the same way. But I betcha she's gonna be a joy to have around regardless. As long as she doesn't claw up anyone's dress thinking it's a giant toy.

Well, if you do need someone to help keep her busy, I wouldn't mind. I'm good with cats as well as dogs.

[He's already agreed to help with the corgis, why not help with a kitten too?]

I don't want to give you unnecessary work! I think Clover will be fine, but if she wanders into your arms or on your lap to relax, I wouldn't complain.

Hey, it's no big deal. And besides, cats are cool. I used to feed the strays that would wander into my school all the time, and plus I'm pretty good with the catbees here.

Surrounded by soft fluffy animals, how horrible of a job I have. The absolute worst ever.

[He's joking around now.]

Oh no! Now I feel terrible for burdening you with such a horrible job at the wedding!

[She's also joking around, which will be made evident by the little winky face she slowly draws on the page.]

I'm sure they'll all enjoy the attention. Just make sure they stay out of the cake.

I think I can do that. No sharing some of mine with them, right?

No matter how much they beg, cry, or give you puppy eyes.

Besides, they're getting their own homemade pumpkin treats, so that's just being greedy!
