Well, it was more that I was asked about festivities, and I named some ideas. They were voted down and it was requested that I perhaps keep the japery for another time.

Contractual obligation just sounds punchier, though, doesn't it?

Why--- pies? Wouldn't that cause injuries if they were dropped from high up

...I suppose that one isn't so bad...

I see why such festivities have been rejected. Mayhap, there's a way to give everyone pie upon ring exchange without it raining from the clouds?
